What exactly are the duties of a QA person? Whenever I make a mistake she lets me know, of course, but she is always adding a snide remark and make me feel like I am still in school. I am sick and tired of it. I am thinking about complaining to my CCM, but I am not sure I want go that route yet. I have saved all of her sarcastic comments. So I made a mistake, she is not perfect. She should just tell me about it and let it go. I am not stupid. I acknowledge it and made a note of it and go on from there. Once I wanted to write something just as nasty, but thought better of it.

I really don't want to say, in case she remembers it and I don't know who reads these posts, but one time my mind wandered and I put in a wrong word. She said "That doesn't make any sense at all. Where did you come with that." Well, I am not perfect, and I am sure she isn't either. She had nerve saying that because the ASR is so stupid it is pathetic. How about I send an ASR to her and say where did it come with that. No, it wasn't an ASR report and yes it was my Quality Coach.

Along with the copies of the snide remarks, I hope you kept the document numbers as those are the proof and what can be used for any action they might take against that person.

If you don't know who the QAM is, it is listed on each client profile and is normally the same person for the accounts you are regularly on.

I worked in QA for a while and had a co-worker who was pure evil. She was condescending and rude to the MTs. After enough MTs complained she was moved into a position where she had no contact with the MTs. I think she eventually was fired.

who actually does your audits? If it's your QC, depends on your CCM whether I would report it. We had a CCM who brought in one of her best friends for our QC. Eventually, she transferred, Thank God! But I know if I had complained about her, it would have been worse for me. Just saying. Sorry you are going through this!!

hard not to hate her. She had me in tears multiple times and I almost quit before she finally disappeared. I never heard what happened to her, and I didn't care.

thankful I have little to no contact with my quality coach. Maybe the reason she disappeared the first time was because MTs were reporting her for harrasment. Sounds like the move wasn't enough to get her to quit abusing her authority.

Hopefully it catches up to her much sooner than later.

Honestly, every time I get a big ding it is from one person. Everyone else seems to not mark me off much. Pardon my paranoia, but I just have to wonder if this person is targeting me and poring through my work until they find the one that has the errors and that's the one they end up reviewing. When a company decides to make an account VR, are all the reports a mess to begin with for weeks or months until the voice engine (sorry if that's the wrong term) learns from the "straight" transcription that is done? Why do different platforms matter (i.e., E-scription versus M-Modal, etc).
