Honestly, every time I get a big ding it is from one person. Everyone else seems to not mark me off much. Pardon my paranoia, but I just have to wonder if this person is targeting me and poring through my work until they find the one that has the errors and that's the one they end up reviewing.
And about these "Major Errors" (or otherwise) - one middle digit off in platelets, really? 3 points? I know that is officially the rule, but to my knowledge unless platelets are particularly low or particularly high they do not cause alarm bells to ring for the doctor or the patient.
The thing is, I am not being careless at all, I am not racing through the work. It is so depressing to be sitting here all day for just a few hours of actual transcription (when it's supposed to be 8 but there's no work) because you want to get the 25% extra for the holiday, focusing like a laser on the work (or so I thought), then to get the nasty FIESA email.
Oh well, lost the bonus for this quarter, so I guess they are starting early to make sure I don't get it next quarter either.
This is the first time I have missed on the production bonus. Anyone have any strategies for this? Meaning I do not want to give them 1 minute extra, nor do I want to give them 1 line extra that I AM NOT GETTING A BONUS FOR. I guess typing more lines means more money, but it really burns me that their goal is to nick the bonus off us and they have finally achieved that with me, so really how much lower can my pay go anyhow?
