We still have part time MTs. A small number of MTs were affected that were let go. Performance management will be done for greatness of work to raise the bar on every MT/ME.
EVERYTHING about the company is all about TAT and customer feedback about TAT. Company had the highest compliance of 98% in Feb and March for TAT. ASR is at 81% in March. Nothing but examples after examples and more examples of companies liking their TAT.

THE SURVEY REPORTED: (HERE WE GO) The biggest complaint MModal received from their United States MTs during the MModal Culture Survey was a 70%-100% complaint feedback was...... DRUM ROLL PLEASE!!!!!!
LOW PAY WAS THE CHIEF COMPLAINT.
Communication and Collaboration and steady work load was at 40%. The rest of the complaints like off-shoring, flexibility, etc., were at 20%-10%.
WITH THAT SAID, PRINCESS GOALS FROM THE GRAPH TO FOCUS ON ARE: 1) Improve peer communications (buddy system). 2) Team calls 3) MT email enhancements. COMPANY WILL NOT FOCUS ON THE MAIN COMPLAINT WHICH IS AT 70%-100% OF LOW PAY, BUT INSTEAD ON THE 40%.
NOTHING TO DO WITH OUR PAY!!!! THE BIGGEST COMPLAINT OF 70%-100% ON THE GRAPH WAS LOW MT PAY. YET MMODAL WILL NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT! They are going to focus the money on email enhancements, team meetings, etc. COMPANY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR PAY, RAISES, ETC. COMPANY USING US ONLY FOR THEIR BENEFIT, NOT YOUR BENEFIT.
Lastly, this company is nothing but for their shareholders. That is all what it is about. MONEY IN THE POCKETS OF WHAT SHAREHOLDERS AND BOARD OF DIRECTORS ARE MAKING FOR PAY AND THEIR EGOS.
WHAT MMODAL IS TO FOCUS ON:
1) Sales Executives. Focus on coding, tools by the company, and to have a 5 point plan to be a key success for the company.
2) Account management.
3) Delivery of NEW PRODUCTS.
4) GLOBAL OPERATIONS.
5) MARKET EXPANSIONS FOCUSING ON NEW GEOGRAPHICS.
******* COMPANY KNOWS THE MAIN COMPLAINT OF THE SURVEY WAS MEDICAL TRANSCRIPTIONIST PAY, YET COMPANY DOES NOT CARE AND TOTALLY AVOIDED THE WHOLE SUBJECT ABOUT OUR PAY OR HAVING RAISES, ETC. INSTEAD, MMODAL FOCUSING ON EVERYTHING ELSE, BUT NOT THEIR EMPLOYEES AT THE BOTTOM OF THE TOTEM POLE.
