I would assume they both have college degrees and experience doing whatever the heck it is they do. The problem is they are hired for a reason and they play out their roll. Just like a stinking defense lawyer, they know their clients are guilty, but they will move hell and earth to get them off, so the next one will pay more for them as a lawyer. For some people the bottom line is money and they don't care about anything else. Personally, I like to be able to lay my head down at night and sleep, I'm not rich, I have enough to sustain me and that is fine with me. If I wanted to be rich, I would own my own company and run it like any other company, to make a profit, and in a rough economy, guess who gets screwed, us, the worker bees. We can be replaced and we can be replaced cheaper.

Like I say, business people can be some cut throat people..just like lawyers, all about money. Its pretty simple, you cannot tell me that a company as big as Mmodal didn't check them out first. If your so darn stupid you can't see what you are hiring, you deserve what you get. Unfortunately, WE suffer as well, but they don't care about that, we are a dime a dozen.
