I clicked on the link to register for the All Hands Call and it said MT INDIA. Maybe I should go on that call instead 
Is anyone else nervous that the Total Rewards and Recognition will actually be Total Paycut and Elimination?

LOL for the "Total Paycut and Elimination." Agree wholeheartedly. I unfortunately have developed a similar way of reading all corporate mail. Behaviorally reinforced by how often it proved true in the past. Now when I read their mail I picture some greasy suit sitting in a dark room, lit only by their computer monitor, rubbing their hands together and mumbling under their breath "Don't worry, you'll get everything coming to you my dear little workers." Then they go to bed counting their ill-gotten money. Sadly, the truth is probably not so black and white. Half of the managers, supervisors and suits who ruined my day did it with a genuine smile; thinking a fresh migraine and bull**** was what I wanted for my birthday.
Working here is like living in Tokyo in a Godzilla movie. The giant atomic monster that is MModal likely harbors no ill will towards us as individuals. That's little consolation as we pick through the rubble (shrunken paychecks) and bury our dead (fired/laid off workers). Our only hope is that the other giant atomic monster (Nuance) and MModal destroy each other. Either way, we still get flattened though.

I am considering requesting this pay which (depending on the state) considers us to be on-call and must be paid for part of our shift if no work. I have had it up to here with Nuance and running out of work, adding more and more accounts and STILL no work. I recently had surgery for breast cancer, and the owner and manager were very compassionate and concerned for my well being. They are always available to help if I have a question.
