Directed to everyone, saying that if one error on an account, MT will be initiated into performance management with a verbal warning (first offense) which will be documented on the MT's personnel file. Second offense will warrant a written warning, also documented on the MT's personnel file, and the third offense will warrant termination.
These emails are a daily occurrence and everyone probably ignores them by now, but how can they expect people to want to do a good job when being threatened with termination constantly?

has a shorthand entry with that. It is bad enough they pay sweat shop wages, but then they expect everyone to be perfect all the time. Last time I checked we were all still human (I think I am although not sure anymore). Pay better production wages or hourly and perhaps then they might get perfect because we would not be sooo stressed about how they are going to make ends meet and we could relax a little to do a better job!!!!!! It is sad that we are responsible for such important information as patient care, yet, people at McDonald's are probably making more money. Happy employees make better employees in all ways. Heck we might all produce more and be able to make more money without a hammer hanging overhead waiting for it to fall. What a joke!!!! Thank god for Ativan!!!

I know she is a psycho. I'm just hanging in there as you are so that if fired, I can collect unemployment. I actually told her I didn't care one day, do what you have to do, and nothing happened. Now that I don't care anymore, they'll probably keep me forever!

Then I would cc everyone in line above my ccm. Now, I do have a second job and would be financially able to do this. Maybe we should all get a second job, just so we dont have to take all the bullying.
Once again, we get another e-mail notice that if we make a mistake of any sort we will not be paid for an entire report.
I totally understand the need for accuracy, but this company does not do a true QA review of each MTs/MEs reports. They do not pull X amount of reports per a specified time frame and perform a QA audit. One has no idea how they would rate you on a proper QA score.

Is anyone else as tired as I am of the HDSM who can never send out an e-mail that isn't ending in some sort of threat? They can never come out and tell you the truth about anything (losing clients for example), but they sure can sling the threats. I am so over it. ...

My QA score has always run about 12% (SS requires 8% or less to QA) since i started. My trainer told me I had a very difficult account and not to worry. Since then they hired a new producion manager and the percent to QA has apparently become an issue. People are being terminated without warning at M Modal, according to the board here. People are being picked on at Nuance even more than usual by QC and supervisors. These are the 2 biggest employers in the industry. Why this now? And most people only make minimum wage.
