Now that I'm laid off, I want to transfer my (piddly) 401k to my also piddly Roth IRA at my bank. I don't know much about doing this I hope I don't mess it up. By the way, what are any of you guys doing with your 401k if you have one at MM? While I didn't have much in mine, I still want it. What if you didn't do anything? What would happen to the money? Anyone know about this kind of stuff?

Wish I could help. I'm in the same position. I called that number on our pay stub. Of course I could not get through to an actual person, but I think that is a good number to use for UE application.

oo you so mean, hee hee. Anyway, should also be able to go to Mmodal's website for the numbers but I personally would contact the 401k company directly to ensure correct info is given and received. As for the other questions, if you kept your many many pages of 401k rules when you first signed up you'll find the answers in there after a few hours of looking. Last time I had to do that, they didn't get my form telling them my choice so they just cashed me out and sent the check to the last address they had on file for me.

What can you do about the morale of the employees? Instead of having MTs on their own time look at Enrich, why doesn't the company have monthly PAID meetings that cover topics or Q and A sessions, etc.? I have never had a meeting with my supervisor. Something new I have noticed about several different companies is how they give you a set limit of reports when first starting out...Anyway, we are paid based on production. How is someone supposed to live on say 10 reports a day for 2 weeks? To me, I find that to be very insulting, and needing to pay my bills, it's just not something I could do.
