Can I get a ticket number - Enquiring mind wants to know

I put in a PTO request a month ago for a single day this week and have yet to hear from my CCM.  I've e-mailed her a total of 3 times about this, but have not yet heard anything either in e-mail or on Schedule Source.  Maybe the technical staff could get hold of her, or maybe I'd get fired for using the new ticket system inappropriately?

why not escallate to your CCMs supervisor? - or.... here is what I would do

I would send one last e-mail to CCM and her supervisor that reads:

I have e-mailed 3 times on dates xxx, xxx, and xxx regarding a request for PTO to be taken this week, and also posted this on schedule source for you to approve.

As I have not heard from you at all, and you have not denied my request, I am going to assume that you simply are too busy to answer my e-mail and I will be taking my PTO time on xx(date).

Please add xx (hours) on to my timecard under my PTO.

I don't want to blow the whistle on her and make her mad. The CCMs can always turn off your work flow, route harder jobs to you or turn the cesspool on you. I know she's busy, but I already missed the deadline to sign up for the show this Sunday. It's not the first time either.

I work every single Sunday since the beginning of time, and she's still asking us to work Fridays and Saturdays. They're allowed to ask the impossible but have too much power to make our lives miserable so prefer not to rock the boat.

written up for taking off without approval, OR go over her head. If you can't get an answer from her, then you go up the chain of command. Personally, I wouldn't have waited this long for an answer. I have always cc'd the higher ups when asking for something like this in teh beginning.

I wouldn't bother with a ticket. If you followed protocol - cn

and entered your request in Schedule Source in a timely manner. It's not a system problem, it's a personnel problem.

A couple months ago I put in for 2 weeks in Schedule Source. I didn't not get an answer by the day I had planned to leave on my trip. I had to go, it was to take care of a a friend having surgery. A week after I left, I got my answer in Schedule Source - denied. Oh well. Too bad. The reason for my trip was more important to me than getting written up or fired. The reason entered why it was denied - MT does not have any PTO hours. LOL, guess you don't get any days off because you used PTO for NJA. With no PTO left, I was not expecting to get paid for my time off, but Schedule Source has no way to enter days off with no pay - you have to enter all the days off for PTO even if those are not days you are scheduled for.

F11 Ticket

I submitted my first ticket for an F11 and got a call  back within the MINUTE!  Qcare person said they had NO IDEA what it was for, what F11 was or what they were suppose to do with the incident report, put me on hold to ask someone else about it then suggested I call someone for technical support if it was an ASR issue. I read and re-read the emailing and followed the instructions to the "T".  This is just laughable, and yet I hope I don't get my head chopped off for the F11 ...

I just spent about 1/2 hour with an Indian tech guy for him to clear DQS so I could sign in again.  He gave me a ticket number.  What do I do with that?  Usually whenever things like this  happen, my CCM takes care of it, we just notify her, but she is off for a week.  Do I report this incident in Remedy with the ticket number?  This is horrible, I could hardly understand or hear this guy.  Thanks for any help you can give me. ...

I have never put in a remedy tic for out of work time.
