I still have not been able to get into the correct window to select my pin number. I called the solution center and he told me to call another department to help. Of course they aren't even open today.

Is anyone else getting as desperate as me?

You'll be able to go in and add them later and give a reason for the late entries, like "Unable to access Webclock." Have to do that anyway when it's going through maintenance or, in my case, my Internet sometimes simply can't access it for whatever reason.

When did the dropdown start there, just a few days ago? No more DIY reason, fine by me. I don't understand most of the "Alert Supervisor" ones, though, since besides OOW, you'd be adding the punches in after the fact. Oh well.

Thanks so much everybody. It's disgusting the way we're left to twist in the wind half the time.

I think most of us are able to transition without problems, leaving the - few to seek help at the contact given.

Hey there. I was tired of going to that website given on the training video and still not getting to the right site...I finally went to the email sent by my supervisor...and when I clicked that link it always took me to the right site....I'm assuming you've set up your acct...just remember to tab over to the employee login and NOT the management...hope this helps.

I guess I should have taken a better look at that. My supervisor finally sent me a new site and they gave me a different login ID. Then it worked. It just seems like they're constantly changing things and the directions never work out correctly. Thanks for your help.

Just noticed that my whopping amount of PTO (24.87) is the same on all three pay periods for this year. Do they add it in at the end of the month or what? Just wondering why in pay period 1 of this year I have the same amount of PTO as I do now. Help!!! ...

I am trying to figure out how to best keep my LPH at a reasonable rate. Since on the new plan your lines per hour are divided by the hours in Webclock, what about the time you spend if you have to look something up, or try to find a word, or whatever, bathroom break. Would it be best to clock out in Webclock, do the search or whatever it is, and then clock back in once you have completed whatever it is you are doing? I know for me, sometimes I get caught up in "looking" for som ...

Does anybody else have trouble just signing on to this darned thing? I have to try 5 to 10 times a night sometimes to even get the Webclock to come up. I can get onto the first page okay, but then clicking on ITCS Weblock after the Payroll button more often than not results in a totally blank page. I am wondering about the webclock I heard Nuance uses. Are they crazy strict about sticking to your shift and clocking out for everything? I like the flexibility Transcend offers with regard to family stuff. If I have to go pick up my kid or go to the school or doctor, they are cool with it and let me flex. Can someone clarify for me how schedules/Webclock is supposed to to work??? You are scheduled to work 8 hours. There is no work, you wait 15 minutes, supposed to clock out and check back later, etc. If all of this considered part of your 8 hours?? or do you have to make up the daggum time for all this crap of checking back and forth, emailing to get jobs assigned, etc. I only have those 8 hours and cannot flex. Are you penalized for not getting your hours in?? ...

The score for this quarter? Mine is still showing my QA accuracy score exactly as it was prior to 09/30, which made me ineligible for the weekly production incentive bonus for the entire last quarter. So now my "new" score for the quarter that ended 09/30 is 99.28%, which would mean I'm eligible for the weekly incentive bonus for this past week, right?
