Just perused their web site. They are focused on EMR and not the MAR, which means the software types it in real time from the dictation utilizing key words,and it is immediately available for the MD to read and edit. It means they won't need an ME or an MT eventually. My brother-in-law is a doctor and I can't imagine a doc wanting to edit his own dictation, buy yet again, it all comes down to the almighty dollar and if one can be saved at our expense, well.......
M-Modal sucks worse than DQS, believe it or not... - Gotta get out of this biz.

DTS/Transcend Merger Mar 03, 2011I came in with the merger of MDI a year+ ago. I almost got an ulcer reading some of these posts, seriously. While you must consider what you see here, especially when there is an abundance of similar opinions, be aware, a small percentage of the company's MTs post here.
I will offer my advice. Treat it like a death of a spouse. Mourn your loss and look towards the future. Don't make any big changes for 1 year, or at minimum 4-6 months. Go with ...
