if the 99% accuracy rate also applies to the ILP? After all, CBay and Medquist have become one company called Medquist (something, it has changed too many times for me to remember), but I would think if it is company policy it should apply to all. Most of us have an average of 99% or above accuracy rate, but I still have a problem with making it the standard rating. Especially given the consistent inaccuracy or ASR and the increase of lines per hour for many MTs. If this standard is enforced only on U.S. MTs and not our ILP counterparts, could that be considered discrimination, and perhaps leave U.S. MTs open to legal action on a state or federal level? I really don't know much about corporate law, or law in general, does anyone have any insight on this?
