125 lph straight and 250 lph SR. No per day, per week, or per pay period requirement. As long as you keep your averages at or above those figures, you are all set.
Mine is the same... - makes you wonder

1200 or 120 LPH via straight or VR for full time or part time without benefits.
1500 or 120 LPH full time with benefits.
Since there is no difference between required lines for VR and straight typing, that makes me think the company I work for (one of the big two) knows that VR is a bust or they would require 2-3 more lines in VR to maintain employment.

Minimum Line Requirements Jan 20, 2010Have any MTSOs set a minimum number of lines per hour for VR Editing (per hour, day, week, or pay period)? I have seen posts where Medical Transcriptionists/VR Editors have lamented about losing benefits because they are not able to meet straight typing minimums (the average seems to be around 150 lines per hour, 1200 lines per day, or 6000 lines per week), but I have never seen anyone talk about not being able to meet MINIMUM VR Editing requirements. If you only do QA and are paid by cents per line (NOT hourly), how do you make any money or plan your day. Are you not dependent on how many reports other Medical Transcriptionists send to QA? So, if everyone is just spot on and only 1 or 2 reports make it to QA in an hour, how do you make any money?
