So, from what I understand, to stay employed at TTS, you basically have to just work and agree with mgmt at all times? Never question them on anything? Is that the only thing they are concerned about??!! No one has ever mentioned how they feel about production met or not, etc. Not that meeting production would be a problem for me, but if they don't care about that, it makes me wonder what kind of company they are running if all they care about is being right and not being questioned.
I am just researching companies and ran across a bunch of posts regarding TTS and wanted to get some clarification.

It all depends on mood swings, staffing, type of account, orders from the top, and personal issues what the TTS owner and managers focus on. So random it is crazy. I have never had issues with TTS but 2 of my friends have. I have gotten some crazy e-mails from managers and the owner but don't take it personally. You definitely have to have thick skin to work at TTS and be willing to be flexible even if you have a scheduled time to work. It is better to be an employee than a contractor to have a better chance to work your schedule but there are no guarantees you will have work during that time. Pay is not good but equivalent to other companies. Some very difficult accounts that do have work most of the time but you won't make minimum wage on those accounts.
