does anyone know if focus approves overtime? or for that matter does any company?

Every state's laws are different, but I know that in my state, if I worked for them and worked overtime that I was not paid for, all it would take would be one phone call to the Labor Board in order to get paid for it.

[ In Reply To ..]it's just possible that your company could be forced to pay all that unpaid overtime to you retroactively. In the past I was able to collect about 6 months of retroactive pay for 6 months of health insurance I was paying into, but in reality turned out not to have.
