Their last "gift" was recipes we had to print ourselves. Were you really expecting a "gift" from them? That would cut into THEIR bonuses. And this year more than ever, it disgusts me. Even with the miserable economy, everybody I know has gotten SOMETHING from their employer, and a lot of them have gotten very nice bonuses/gifts, and we get NOTHING, even though we are REMARKABLE.

How do you know they didn't? It was an assumption on my part. I wasn't necessarily meaning a Christmas bonus, but the hefty pay in general. Do you think they have taken pay cuts as we have? If they were to dole out presents to all of us, they may have to. God forbid.

My income was reduced by 14k - does that count?

Finally got the nerve to make a move and left. Not that the new position is great but it sure beats working for them! In my 30+ years in the biz, this has to be the worst gig I ever had. There is a life after WMX!

You don't get paid for any holidays! You are ONLY paid IF you work and IF there is work. So..if you don't, you are short lines, which means what? Short on your holiday money..oh wait, you have 25 dollars.

Does TransTech have a good incentive pay plan? Before I move - $25 plus...?

over, I need to know if the $0.0175-0.020 cents per line WMX pays extra (applied to all lines) for high production will be at least matched there. If no incentive plan, would they start me at $0.12/line? Thanks for the information.

BTW, $25 is a nice gesture and enough for a fun little splurge. I could buy not just 1 but 2 of the antique tulip bulbs that I've passed over wistfully as way too expensive. Or the silly-expensive but excellent little thread snips for sewing I saw in a catalog. Or... :)

First, I am NOT a suit. I am not completely happy with Webmedx either. BUT, the work has picked up, even OT all last week and looking at the community page, it looks like it was offered on many accounts.

When things were really bad, I looked and applied at 4 other big MTSOs to test the waters. What I found was even lower pay than I was making here.

And, we did get the Saunders Drug book for MT week, which I really appreciated. Do I wish we got something more than a card? You bet! Do I wish some of the executives would take a bit of a pay cut so we could make more? OF COURSE! But, unfortunately, this isn't going to happen, and across the board I still feel Webmedx is better than most of the other companies out there.

Either you are management or very new to MTing. WMX is one of the WORST places to work! Stifling, oppressive and zero communication.

Probably cutting the incentives since the production has gone up. A TTr would be able to answer that. As for the line rate, forget it. I didn't know anyone who made that. You'd have to ask the recruiter that question.

$25 is nice but when would you get to spend it with all the flexing you have to do just to make your lines for the pay period.

TT was a great place to work at one time. I think 1500 lines a day is definitely way too many lines a day, especially since they instituted VR and the low work associated with VR.

Thank you IMEDX for not sending a physical Christmas card, and for not sending us a gift card loaded with either $25 or $50, I forget. TT was nice to do that. Hi Everyone! Just wondering if the sign on bonuses are real? It all seems kinda fishy to me.
