Thank you IMEDX for not sending a physical Christmas card, and for not sending us a gift card loaded with either $25 or $50, I forget. TT was nice to do that.

AND, thank you IMEDX for me no longer doing "bonus" to save your huge account. I worked 4 years for TT and always pitched in, now it is time for an hourly job. I have the skills, I just needed to go to the last freeway exit sign to get off.

Absolutely criminal I think what is going on. Has anyone every thought of a Class Action suit regarding knowingly losing accounts because of (fill in blank). I think it would fly. Also, are they not concerned about folks who work bonus every single day, 7 days a week? Regardless, they are treading on thin ice with Labor Board, etc. The paperwork nightmare they will have to provide in 2015 for all of us who have a lot to complain about!

As far as that goes, TT was hardly upfront about hours worked. I was actually told to falsify my time sheet, to work over as much as I wanted and could, but never to show more than 40 hours a week.

Companies in India. They don't have to comply to ACA regulations, so I'm sure there are others that do not apply to them. Call your senator's office. That's how I found out.

Sorry, they way I worded my post, it gave an unintended meaning. I didn't mean they ONLY hire Indian labor, I meant they are not an Indian company, but their tie to India is in their hired labor there. Yes, they do have US MTs. I am one of them. Of course I came with my acquired company which they bought and we are still very much in transition. I don't know if they plan to keep me or not.

They have a few offices here in the states, but since most of management with them seems to be from India, my guess is this is an Indian company... regardless of their claims to be local. They tend to toss the local folks & keep their own.

How many American clothing companies with English names having clothing with tags that say made in Untied States of America? Very few. Most are manufactured in other countries for cheap labor. Same concept. Nike is based in Portland, Oregon. Jacket is made in Indonesia.

off with our "use it or lose it" vacation that we all of a sudden had to take, so I don't know what is going on with all of the OT vs. bonus. Can someone explain?

I all of a sudden had a QA report with a number of errors.

I've been shorted lines on 2 pay periods now, all lines of bonus. Monique is suddenly gone, someone has replaced her, and there is no way to physically call anyone. Anyone have a number? I work for a nonentity at this point.

Two different advisors have advised going to the Labor Board.

Not really sure what is going on. Can anyone do a bullet point list for me?

I emailed you but my email was rejected by your provider - basically we don't have any contact numbers except the 404 number they gave us to call "support". Most supes provide their numbers though, they are the only ones we can really contact by phone but they are pretty much as clueless as the rest of us.

I appreciate the effort. I never received a 404 number for support. I also do not have my supe's number. I also did not receive the "reorganization" or whatever email about MN no longer being with TT/Imedx or about her replacement.

I'm on same boat with you. I seem to be out of the email loop. It's all way too quiet. I did have an issue for support once, emailed them, got immediate response & resolution, so that was nice. Otherwise, I fully expect to be out of a job soon. I've started other work to make sure overall income doesn't take too big a hit. I'm tired of stressing about it.

Be thankful you didn't get a big pay cut for XMAS like we got from the N. Forget about the card - whew

I'm trying to activate the gift card I got from IMEDX for Christmas. I threw away the documentation that came with it that apparently had the "activation code". I called customer service and they stated the only hint they could give was it was the last four digits of my employee ID number. I'm just sayin....as a radiology MT in this company for 14 years...we have always sent radiology reports straight through to the docs to review and sign (because of turnaround time)....never knew they did QA until I got new accounts 2 years ago....and have had some pretty bad foreigners. I believe it is docs job to go over his reports anyway...he is legally responsible.. ...

Just wondering about the sending of blanks. I had a few blanks due to inaudible dictation. I know QA wouldn't be able to get it either, but when I uploaded the job the QA box was checked and I tried to uncheck it and it wouldn't let me. Are they kidding? Who is going to be sending ANYTHING to QA and take a chance of having their pay cut? Especially if it's the beginning of the work week! Yes, the clients will be getting blanks and I know they will be complaining. The Q keeps sending us e-mails telling us to cut down on QA submissions. Are they kidding? I feel that I flag a lot and send to QA a lot. I've been at this for about a year, do acute care, lots of ESL etc so I think it's a reasonably difficult account; but I ask myself do really experienced MTs, e.g. those at this for 5 years or 10 years or more, send so many jobs over to QA? I know there is an internet card that you can buy to get you access to the internet on your computer if you are in an area without direct access. Where would I buy one? I am traveling and will be in a hotel that supposedly has internet but what happens if they don't for some reason.
