I started working for them almost 3 months ago -- I know many will disagree with me; but I have found them pretty good so far. My account has lots of work, although it is about 80% VR. I don't have a lot of ESLs. I rarely hear from anyone, but they do answer if I have a problem. Good luck :)

have plenty of work and backup accounts for those times work is slow. My team is wonderful. You are pretty much left alone as long as you do your work and show up when scheduled. They always pay on time.

Agree with 2 above posters. Been there for 3 years, never without work, great team leaders, no issues. You get treated the way you treat them.

Transcend vs Precyse - TAA

I worked for Transcend, currently work for Precyse. Precyse has a much better platform, better ASR machine and 2 weeks of paid training by the hour, with a fantastic training program. Transcend gives you 4 hours to learn their platform.

I worked for Transcend and there was always work on the acct I was on and they paid on time. The team leads did get back to you rather quickly but not once did they ever call me to introduce themselves personally or check on me after I started working for them...by just asking me how things were going or even just an email to follow up. You are just a working stiff for this company..a number...nothing more. It takes longer hours to make the same pay doing VR. They are gonna lose lots of folks due to this. I'm glad I'm gone and have a better job doing transcription only as I was trained to do.

Does anyone have current info on Peachtree Transcription in Georgia? Based on older posts, it appears that they only contract with ICs (no employee status), may supply equipment, and that their pay scale is by the dictated minute. Is this correct? I use to work for Keystrokes before and was very unsatisfied. Good Luck if you do work for them! They make working more difficult than it should be maybe it’s because of the Indian people they have their people working with. Can anyone tell me if Precyse still has Precyse University for training. I went to work for them a few years ago and quit because I was only doing 1-2 hours a day for a couple weeks going through the University and waiting for things to be approved in order to move on and was not making any money, got fed up and quit. For MT Week last week we got Sonic Rocks which are testicle-shaped shiny black magnets. HR just sent around a warning that they're very strong magnets and to not keep them anywhere near the computer or anything that stores info magnetically because people are accidentally erasing their hard drives with these stupid things. I was just wondering what is happening at Precyse. I left Precyse last month after they sent my fourth account over to India, and there was no work. Management kept telling us to be patient and just use PTO, but we had not really had any work for months and had already used up most of the PTO.
