Does Anyone Know What's Going On At Precyse? - Wondering

I work at Precyse and it seems things have been strange lately and I was wondering if any of my fellow slaves know what's happening there. For example, all of a sudden lots of work for many weeks now (previously was having NJA all the time), so much work that we're way out of TAT with a lot of accounts, yet I see no place where Precyse is advertising jobs for MTs, including their own web site. Also, the sudden firing of a number of QA people and a few lower to middle management people. If anyone has a clue, can you please fill me in?

I don't work there and have no inside information, but.... Does sound really, really familiar. Pretty much same thing happened when Webmedx was bought out recently. Hope that is not what is happening but the scenario does sound like it could be a possibility. Good luck to you.

I used to work at Precyse and, lemme tell ya, I am sooooooooooooo glad that I left there at the beginning of summer. Granted, I've had to "job hop" since I left there, trying to find an MTSO with a stable workload, and searching for a place that was Precyse 5-6 years ago (which I THINK I finally have found...WOOHOO!!!); however, I HAVEN'T regretted for one single second leaving that place!!!

I think a lot of their "mistreatment" of MTs and QAs started about that time...probably even more like after Q1 was done and over with. I won't go into too much detail about how they did me wrong, but, in a nutshell, they pretty much made it to where I HAD to quit or get terminated cuz of my "poor performance and lack of attendance" and, lemme tell ya, those that KNOW what I did for that place(on SOOOOOOOOOOO many different levels) know that that is complete and utter BS. They pushed so much work over to PI that PS has WAY LESS than 40% of work still being done domestically!!! Not to mention the proverbial shaft that several lower/middle management and QA positions they dissolved...seriously, what's up with that!!! Those peeps that were "let go" were some AWESOME employees...absolutely disgusting in my book!!!

I guessing that they're gonna sell off the TX side of their business and focus more on their other service lines they have to offer, which are way more lucrative than their TX platform and, TRUST ME, there are a lot of them!!! Of course, I could very well be mistaken and will eat crow if that never comes to fruition; however, they need to take a step back and look at what it is that got them to where they are today, which is their TX side of things.

I think it's deplorable how they treat their employees and, even tho I've had my own personal issues with life after PS, I don't regret that decision AT ALL!!!

My advice to you, for what it's worth, GET OUT WHILE YOU STILL CAN...ON YOUR OWN TERMS cuz this place IS NOT what it was, especially over the past year, and something shady is going on and, when it all comes to a head, it's NOT gonna be pretty :(

I tried to apply for an MT job with Precyse last night, but was given a message that they aren't "hiring in my area." Has anybody else run into this? For MT Week last week we got Sonic Rocks which are testicle-shaped shiny black magnets. HR just sent around a warning that they're very strong magnets and to not keep them anywhere near the computer or anything that stores info magnetically because people are accidentally erasing their hard drives with these stupid things. Wonder how many new computers that's gonna cost... ...

I was just wondering what is happening at Precyse. I left Precyse last month after they sent my fourth account over to India, and there was no work. Management kept telling us to be patient and just use PTO, but we had not really had any work for months and had already used up most of the PTO.
