Current info on Peachtree in GA? - MT

Does anyone have current info on Peachtree Transcription in Georgia?

Based on older posts, it appears that they only contract with ICs (no employee status), may supply equipment, and that their pay scale is by the dictated minute. Is this correct?

If you have worked for them, how was your experience?

Yes, they only hire independent contractors.

Yes, they do supply PCs. You can either rent one or buy one from them.

And yes, they pay by the minute.

My experience with them was a 5 on a scale of 1 to 10. My immediate supervisor was fair and nice up until the end. However, at the end of my time with them, the office staff was rude and nasty.

I'm going to say everyones experience is probably different. Would I go back? Yes. Why? Because they pay well, and now I know how to deal with the office staff - with a long-handled spoon. Good luck!

It was something like 1.50, but it was a long time ago I do not remember. - And I worked 3rd. You get more for that.

Is there enough work during 3rd shift? Is the platform easy to use and easy to get your lines in with? How is the health insurance? I saw the premiums for the different levels but didn't see what type of coverage this is (deductible, copays, etc.).
