I find it funny how SoftScript is hiring on mtjobs.com when the current employees are out of work even with as many as 4 accounts!

I am also an employee/IC with SoftScript and constantly find myself without work. I do find it frustrating that I have seen them advertise for job openings when they cannot even keep their present employees busy. I enjoy working for SoftScript, but this is definitely a flaw.

Management "forgets" that we give them a schedule that we are supposed to "adhere" to. We are to work that schedule "no matter what!" Now, there is no work. We are supposed to flex from that "stringent" schdule. Okay as long as work is low. Not okay if we need it occasionally. Again... have heard the "census low" excuses. Too tired to listen anymore because excuses do NOT pay my bills. And just an FYI - been with SS a while and thought for the longest they were a really good company.

I have been here over 5 years and OOW mostly since Sept 1...called and asked why, "economy" reasons...and in the meantime i'm looking at utilities getting cut off - you can't tell me out of 6 accounts i'm on that there isn't ONE sick person getting treated. BS

Perhaps this is a pattern for them. They hire constantly because there is a ubiquitous turnover due to MTs heading for the hills.

They probably overhirer (is that a word) assuming people will leave. From the posts on the boards it looks like every place is slow and they still keep on hiring. Could it be the more workers, the less meet their quotos and the less they have to pay. It's business to them - they seem to forget we have mortgages, car payments, electric and food bills that are there to be paid!
