Seriously SoftScript??? - Wow, another trainer needed!

Oh my goodness!  I cannot believe SoftScript is still running their bait and switch scam.  They have posted jobs for trainers, mentors, Q coordinators, and managers at least a dozen times in the past month.  Once again, this is just a sham to get MTs!  Please don't fall victim to their deceitful misleading job postings.  I did, as well as several other people I have been in contact with.  We were all hired for one of these positions, and within a few days of starting, we all were told we were not the right fit.  We were, however, fit to be MTs!  So many of us were struggling financially because we no longer making the hourly rate promised of 14.50 to 15.50 an hour.  We suddenly were paid by the line on 5 or 6 different accounts.  Most of us stayed until something else came along.  Sine we were required to learn so many huge accounts just about every day, some had to learn three in a day, none of us EVER made more than minimum wage.  On week two, since not one of us were even close to the minimum LPH, we got e-mails threatening termination!  Even if we had only been given a couple of accounts a week, the platform is the worst I have seen in 25 years, and it prohibits anyone from from reaching the minimum LPH.  It is so slow and you have to use the mouse for everything.  Also, you do not get paid for everything you type....disgusting!

If you have had a good experience with SoftScript, you know the owners and upper management who pose as happy MTs, please do not reply here.  Kindly start you own topic.  I am simply trying to let the truth be known.  I sincerely do not want anyone else to be a victim and be set back for months financially.  Even if you are not affected financially by making minimum wage, they beat you down emotionally with their threatening e-mails and with phone calls letting you know how bad you are doing.  

Please do not respond to their job listings.  Even the people hired as MTs never get their sign-on bonuses.  You will never qualify because so many different accounts will be thrown at you, it is impossible to meet the qualifications.  Then, of course, you will get that e-mail threatening termination on week two because you are not at the minimum LPH.  What a great moral booster!
