If anyone has knowledge of this company, would you please share what you think of it. Enough work, flexible or not, platform, percent of ESL dictators, pay on time. All this and anything else you would care to share would be much appreciated. Thank you.

They seemed to be okay. Paid on time, but I was very disappointed that they do not allow the use of any spellchecker.

I don't understand. You mean there is no way to use a medical spellchecker at all, or do you mean you can't use, let's say, a Stedman's Medical Spellchecker? How about an expander. Are you able to use that (PC Shorthand) for instance? Also, how were the dictators, good or bad? ESLs? Thanks for your reply.

It's been at least 2 years, and I did not stay because of the platform, so I can't help you with the dictators, ESLs, etc.

There is no actual spellcheck in the platform, only some kind of word frequency recognition. You cannot add medical words or drugs. You cannot copy and paste text out into your Word program to use your spellcheck, and you cannot copy and paste text into the platform text editor at all - it's blocked completely.

I believe you can use Instant Text and Shorthand, but I use Smartype that is tied to Word, so I was pretty much incompatible with them. Working with your own IT/SH would certainly make the lack of spellcheck at least somewhat less of a problem.

That said - they were very, very pleasant to deal with, and they seemed to understand quite well that their custom platform (written by him I believe) was a love it/hate it thing!

Hopefully someone with more current experience will correct me if my info is out of date. Maybe they use a different platform for the military work.
