Any eTransPlus people that can answer a question for me? - etppeep

I have been at eTrans now since November and was wondering if any current employees know if there are QA audits? I know this is probably a dumb question, but I so far I have not heard of any, and I hate to be the one that steps up and says "hey, where is my QA audit?" Thus far, I have pretty much been left alone to work, and it has been pretty nice! TIA,

I used to work for etransplus, and when I first started I didn't hear anything for a very long time, probably 6 months. I thought, wow, I'm doing great! THEN I got my first QA audit and it was full of account specific problems that weren't actually in the account specifics. They stayed on my back constantly from that point forward! My QA person was VERY rude too. She wanted to make you feel stupid. Maybe your experience will be good, but I feel like they should haven't gotten the account specific stuff out of the way in the beginning of the employment, not six months into.

I finally quit after 2 years when I couldn't get enough line count to make part-time status in a full-time day, and was making .06 a line.

Thanks for your reply! QA has been good so far, corrected reports back, feedback, etc. I hope that part continues. I cannot complain so far. Like I said though, I hate to be like the kid that reminds the teacher it is time for that test!! I have only worked on the tiered pay system. You can do well if you are able to make lines each week. Knock on wood, this has not been too much of a problem. Hoping all continues to go well!

I've been working there since October and I haven't been audited. I do get feedback from QA at times and also a general email that goes out to everyone about certain terms, but not particularly an audit. I really like working there so far. I like being left to just do my job :)

I am to start training at Transcend on 12/27. I stuck it out with MedQuist until it became obvious that things would not stay "status quo" for much longer. I loved eTrans, and I think they were one of the last MTSOs to treat their MTs more than fairly and provide an income I could actually live comfortably live on. I applied and passed all of the testing for eTransplus as advertised on the Job Seekers Board but haven't heard anything back. Did anyone else apply and hear back yet? Just curious since I expected to hear back after successfully jumping through all of their hoops....er, passing all of their tests ;-) ...

I've accepted a position with this company and will start the training process on Tuesday. Is there enough work during 3rd shift? Is the platform easy to use and easy to get your lines in with? How is the health insurance? I saw the premiums for the different levels but didn't see what type of coverage this is (deductible, copays, etc.).
