seeking all eTransPlus MTs - Snow Bunny

I've accepted a position with this company and will start the training process on Tuesday. I'd like to get a feel for this company, and the best way to do that is to speak with those "in the know."

1. How are they to work for?
2. How is the Acuity platform?
3. How are lines calculated? Is it hard to reach the 1200-line daily goal?
4. How is QA?

And anything else you can think of that you feel would help. Either post here or email me would be fine.

So far etransplus has been great. Can't speak highly enough. Work runs a little slow sometimes, but that happens everywhere especially at certain times of the year in this business. QA is definitely not nit-picky at all. Pay has always been on time so far. Even the people I deal with in the office from payroll to tech support, including my team lead have been MORE than kind. I have not met even one rude person and everyone is always willing to help you out whenever you need it. I never thought I would find some place like this. They are always looking for really good MTs. I don't personally know anyone looking right now, but HIGHLY recommend them. I wish all MTSOs were so good. I hope I never have to leave. If it stays like this, I plan on making it a permanent home. This is my second job. My other job is good too. My TL there is amazingly kind as well. I see a lot of bashing this other company, but I've been there over 3 years and love it there too. Hope this helps. They do expect for you to meet your quota at some point after training and work your shift, but that's not unreasonable, and they have never complained about needing time off for appts, etc. Hope this helps and good luck!

I applied and passed all of the testing for eTransplus as advertised on the Job Seekers Board but haven't heard anything back. Did anyone else apply and hear back yet? Just curious since I expected to hear back after successfully jumping through all of their hoops....er, passing all of their tests ;-) ...

Does anyone who's recently been hired or who have been there a while tell me what the current line counts are for those who want to be full-time employment status at Etransplus? Is there enough work during 3rd shift? Is the platform easy to use and easy to get your lines in with? How is the health insurance? I saw the premiums for the different levels but didn't see what type of coverage this is (deductible, copays, etc.). Interested to know how eTransPlus is going for Snow Bunny. She has been on this board for years...if in fact it is the same person. She was always helping with words and such. I am new to MedQuist via the eTransPlus buyout. Reading all these posts is truly scary. I know people that are rather happy tend not to post as much (hopefully they are too busy working!), but is anyone, I mean ANYONE, happy or at least not ready to jump off a tall building working for MedQuist? Have any other eTransPlus MTs noticed it being harder to get their lines recently? I just doubled check and for a 46 line document in Word, I was credited with 32 lines in EXT. Before it seems like both counts were equal. Just wondering if any else has noticed this and what is going on. TIA! ...
