I'm interviewing with this company this week. Can anyone give me recent experience with this company? Is the pay fair? How user-friendly is their system? Can you give me info on medical benefits such as deductible, percentages, or cost for single? Really any recent information is very helpful and much appreciated. Thank you!

They normally send a package out with most of that info in it before they interview.

Pay is on par with the low pay being paid today, not the lowest however.

Friendly system depends on what system you work on.

Medical benefits are good, costs depend on your choices, etc, but about standard for the industry.

Good people to work for. My accounts had lots of work available.

You don't get paid for spaces, at least on the accts I was working on, which really what puts their rates on the low end of pay.

How is their Triton platform? and .... - mtms

They don't pay for spaces on any account or does it depend on the software/program/platform you get assigned to.

How long have you been an x-amphion and why did you leave if you don't mind me asking?

I've been with them since March.

I have Windows Vista. I was told on the phone by HR that Triton is compatible with Vista 32 bit (which I have) and it has been nothing but problems since day 1!

My PC is constantly locked up, tech support is not very helpful (they basically delete my junk and Zone Alarm).

I maybe have a few hours where it does not lock up or boot me out, but it's RARE, mostly every single day I have Triton BS.

Jobs disappear in the middle of typing them, most of their keyboard commands do.not.work.

I hate it, I hate it, I hate it.

I'm FT with OT most weeks, but due to Triton messing up my PC everyday, I do not come close to line count requirement...unless I want to work 50+ hours/week. No thanks!

I'm keeping my fingers crossed for another job opportunity...

I'm an ex-Transcender and when I was approving my time sheet this morning I noticed that my time sheet said my percentage sent to QA was 20.2%.  I have NOT sent this many reports to QA as blanks, but have sent a lot of stuff due to discrepancies, no demographics match, no dictation, etc.  Are they seriously counting stuff that we have NO control over against us for purposes of denying bonuses?  I asked my TSM if that would be the case after we got news of the new pay cuts and ...

With the update to 6.1, I began having computer crashes.  When I logged on to DQS, my screen went black 5 times before it loaded.  It did this every time.  After a week, when I finished my shift and went to check my email, the computer completely froze.  Took it to the computer shop, and the guy said he deleted some of the programs in my "service program." I don't think many with experience would accept .02 CPL.  I would imaging this forces MTSOs to train newbies.  I'm sure they have to pay QA far more than .04 CPL to correct and go over the work.  Even if they did pay QA only .04 CPL to do this, they are paying at least .06 CPL total.  By the time the new editor is sufficiently trained to go off 100% QA they have had more than enough time to realize that they will never make a living doing this kind of work, the lies ...

Avoid Saince.  They are intrusive, constantly calling and they don't pay.  They hijacked my PC for 33-1/2 hours and their paperwork said they pay $10 an hour and then today I was told they only pay a flat rate $100.  HELLO!!
