...when they need a boatload of us "unfavorables" to resign so they can hurry up and give former QC (previously it was the team lead) people our slots. Nuance should realize that, at the very least, some of us have learned to transcribe right through their stupid bogus scripts, some have even had the same script twice, it has happened so frequently, and we have learned how to do screen shots and keep meticulous records and ... warn others about it. So, especially you folks who have been switched to a new platform "so you do not run out of work so often" in the past month or so? Let me guess, you have been switched to ExText (Dictaphone) and assigned to either: 1. A hospital account in a largish city in Connecticut or 2. A smallish hospital in a suburb of a larger city in Washington State, shoot, 3. Maybe both. Let me guess this too, your new supe is LG. I definitely have some survival tips for you! I am simply not going to take the time to type them all unless this description fits and you ask for them. Too tired. I will do this on this board only, not via private email associated with this account. I never send or receive anything from that account.

P.S. This is likely happening by now on even more accounts - than those, as it is very helpful

To both the account in question and to Nuance, a sort of quid pro quo, where everyone feels perfectly justified.

Last I knew, it was only happening on the two mentioned above, in particular, because those accounts had been shipped overseas and the accounts did not like the results, said, whoa, wait a minute...there is surely some way we can afford to keep our reports typed by English as first language MTs?

Nuance replies, yes actually there is. Your MDs must agree to help us train our MTs, help us sort the wheat from the chaff, so to speak. You help train our MTs, you save on your giant All-American MT line item budget.

I was curious so when my least favorite dictator came up a little while ago, I decided to count how many errors in her report. It was an approximately 8 minute report, approximately 89 lines. I'm an ex-Transcender and when I was approving my time sheet this morning I noticed that my time sheet said my percentage sent to QA was 20.2%. I have NOT sent this many reports to QA as blanks, but have sent a lot of stuff due to discrepancies, no demographics match, no dictation, etc. Are they seriously counting stuff that we have NO control over against us for purposes of denying bonuses?
