What offshore company specifically - I do not know of an offshore

Yet...

There are outsource companies, and the mom and pops are being gobbled, but I'm not aware of the offshore--yet.

Currently, outsource companies offer vacation, holiday and mediocre insurance, life insurance, 401K. Benefits are not as good as hospitals, but more independence and 5-$10 hr more.
