Jobs in tumor registry are not as plentiful as other coding jobs - Jofalltrades

Although the people I know who work in tumor registry seem to really like it. I would not take a college program for coding -- you tend to pay more, and aren't taught enough to pass the certification exams. I can vouch for The Andrews School as being a good option for learning medical coding.

As far as the other options, I can't really comment. I think it's your preference. I'd like to have a Bachelor's, but the money wasn't available to me growing up. Coding has treated me really well, though, so it has all worked out.

Good luck on whatever you decide! If you have any specific questions, I will try to answer them.
