and expect/demanded more and more production for lower and lower wages and reduced to no benefits. Bean counters are the ones who priced us out in the interest of SAVING MONEY and getting their bonus for doing so, while the fatcat admins had higher salaries and custom-furnished expensive offices for their comfort. That's why outsourcing happened, facilities looking for a cheaper cost to get the work done. That's why we started getting sent home years ago, so the facilities didn't have to pay for expensive office space and supplies for us = saving money.

If WE did anything, WE expected a fair, living wage for our knowledge and expertise, along with reasonable production and quality expectations instead of this 99.5 to 99.9% perfection bullcrap.
