The key is to not let anything keep you from moving in a new direction.
All of the unhappiness you feel, just treading water going nowhere is telling you to start moving. We all know how MTSOs operate. They do crooked things to swindle us out of pay, etc. So in my book, they are crooks and a crook doesn't deserve your time putting in a hard day's work for next to nothing in pay.
I'm with "Get out now," and I say ditch 'em! You'll find better paying jobs out there, some with pretty good benefits. And when you find one, you're going to say "why didn't I do this sooner?" AND THEN, maybe you can even find a little place of your own to live your life as you please. You can do it'!
