Thank you for so much information, very helpful. The woman I talked to at one of the scopist's schools suggested hiring a proofreader to check my work for at least the first 3 months after I start working. It seems Eclipse is a good software and the few people I have talked to about software really like it. I am going to go ahead and join a few proofreader's groups to learn about that aspect of it.
