Get rid of Slack; it will increase productivity. It's just plain worthless and it's so childish with the emojis and not very professional with the Facebook type stuff going on. Utilize your managers as MTs/QA personnel. Get an instant messenger and send out blasts, it's way more effective.
Increase your pay; you'll be able to hire and retain a strong workforce.
Change the status of your ICs to employee; you'll be able to hire for shifts and certain accounts with those particular needs and coverage and your TAT will improve dramatically.
