The Blue Book of Grammar and Punctuation, which can also be found on-line, and The Gregg Reference Manual. I believe that Gregg can be also found on-line. I found the AHDI BOS to be an okay grammar and punctuation reference but not as complete as the two above mentioned references. I belonged to AAMT in the early days. I found their educational efforts were probably the most important thing they did for MTs.
