She was on a payment schedule for years to pay the IRS. She took out money for 401K years ago and didn't put the money into accounts, she withheld money for healthcare and didn't pay premiums for months and healthcare was canceled. The list goes on, it has for years, I don't see her changing now. She knows how to get around the law that is for sure. I am sure she is paying her bills, making sure her mortgage is being paid, food on her table, car payments made, and enough left over for vacations and the casino.
