I also have not received my last 3 paychecks. I have just taken an IC job and quit. I will be meeting with an attorney this week to discuss my options as they owe me a significant amount of money. I did not give KS any notice whatsoever and I do not plan on it. If they can't be bothered to pay me, then I cannot be bothered to send them my notice.
