I hate being treated like cattle on a job search - sm

We're treated like a dime a dozen now.  They send group emails to new prospects on jobs because they have so many applicants.

I miss so much being treated like an individual with my own individual talents and experience.

This market is so depressing now - so many MTs looking for work so we're all grouped together, all paid the same amount of money no matter if you have one month or 30 years of experience.  No one is hired on their individual merits anymore, which is unfortunate because not all MTs are the same.

It's too bad they don't research us all individually to get a better idea of experience (and possibly different pay rates for different amounts of experience).
