If you live in a small city, try looking for local doctors. I have worked for local cardiologists for 16 years and part-time for local gastro docs. I do type into an EMR (Medent), but full clinic notes, nothing is pretyped. The doctors I work for hate Dragon software. I was lucky to never have had to work for an MTSO. I feel for all of you who are struggling.
