so all these people saying the old-fashioned way doesn't exist are just parroting what they read here or what their own experience has been working for MTSOs.
You can find your own accounts and doctors in sole practice who do not want to deal with an MTSO and would love to have a good MT.
You can even go so far as to create your own website or advertise on a place like Craigslist and see what kind of bites you might get. A website is cheap and easy now.
If you get one account, you'll probably get more simply from word of mouth. Don't let people tell you it can't be done. If you keep it simple it will probably be a good move.
