It used to be MTs were paid for every single keystroke.
If we bolded something (requiring more than one keystroke), we were paid extra.
We were paid for heading, signature lines, all normals we used were fully compensated at a regular line rate.
Of course we were compensated for typing in addresses for CCS and every thing that we typed.
Now, many of these MTSOs, thanks to the greed of companies like Nuance and MMOdal, are literally expecting you to do free work with entering demographics and CCs for free, not compensating for normals and QT text that you have to edit and verify or find in very large databases of hundreds of normals sometimes (which can take lots of time, which is not compensated of course).
It really should be illegal and investigated.
