The amount of time I spent doing unpaid CC lookups for Australian MTSOs (all their dictations are letters, requiring cc's) was so high, I determined that I was better off doing voice recognition for Nuance. (Fortunately, I found "real" transcription work eventually and didn't have to stick with Nuance.)
