Not paying employees on time shows poor management skills. It is also a sign that the company is doing poor financially and is just hanging on by a thread. What happens if they up and file bankruptcy and they dont have an obligation to pay their employees? What are you going to do then? They wont tell you when they are about to go belly up. You wont be able to blame anyone else but yourself because you are turning a blind eye to the obvious that is coming.
