I completely understand needing a job. Nobody understands that more than me. HOWEVER, by remaining loyal to this company who is literally screwing you and continuing to work through these periods of nonpayment, you are supporting them as well as supporting their actions and ALLOWING them to continue getting away with this unscrupulous behavior. What they are doing is illegal and they need to be stopped. Every single time this happens, you need to be calling the DOL and reporting it. That is the ONLY WAY this is ever going to stop. Keystrokes has been getting away with these payroll shenanigans for many years. They get away with it because not nearly enough of their employees are willing to put their foot down and take action for fear of retaliation, which is absolutely ridiculous. They expect you to log on for work on time and meet production quotas each day. In turn, you have every right to expect them to pay you on time. If they know that people won't work if they aren't paid, they will have no choice but to get their act together and start paying on time. Otherwise, they will lose accounts. Without accounts, they have no business. By continuing to work for these people when you haven't been paid, you are only contributing to the problem, because they know you are at their mercy and need a job, so won't take any action. Stop it!!!!
