I worry about this all the time. As long as we are working on Nuance accounts, we are at the mercy of Nuance doing whatever they want with the accounts, regardless of contracts they signed with the MTSO.
MTSOs are not going to fight Nuance if they pull back accounts even if there is a contract.
We are all so vulnerable. Every MT working on a Nuance account could lose those accounts with no notice any day.
I am wondering how the VDI issue is playing into all this right now.
I'm worried they could be giving some of our work to other vendors, as one of my accounts has completely disappeared.
