To all above who say MT is not going to be like it used to be, heck no, it isn't. But for those of us who still like to do medical transcription and who do not want to work as a clerk, a cashier, a waitress, or even in a medical office with the youth of today (saw a medical office clerk last week texting at her desk while the phone rang), then we will stay where we are, accept what comes, and when it ends we retire. For those who are younger and still have house payments, kids to raise, etc. then another career choice is a good idea. As for me, I join the above poster who is 65, as I am 68, and we will stay put.
