Besides justifying a pink slip, they also nit-pick so they can cut your pay--you know, you're work is so bad, now you have to go on full QA and knock your line rate down.

Gosh, I can't believe people are still in this business. I got out years ago. I come on here to educate and help be a rah-rah person for those hesitating to get out, either out of fear, or the hope that things will actually change.
