If someone hates their job so much, why not move on and let someone that knows what they are doing have that job?
I am astounded at how lazy some are - they always say "I'm not paid enough". Then, you will have the MTs that do an outstanding job each and every time that make the same rate.
Speaks more to work ethic than anything else.
