for a small MTSO, there are many who have 30, 40 years experience as an MT. Sometimes that 30 or 40 years can be the same thing over and over, so their knowledge can be limited if that's the case.
We've hired MTs with 10 years experience who are more knowledgeable than some with 30 years.
MTs who've worked on lots of accounts, lots of dictators and specialties over that 10 years will most definitely be more well rounded than someone who's been with the same hospital or clinic 20 or 30 years.
Your boss must test and check references or else she's wasting everyone's time.
People lie on resumes all the time, especially in the MT world where so many think this is a easy peasy job.
