The frustration is understandable. I think your boss is very kind not to overhire. You are right say that faking skills is a bad thing to do. This may be stay-at-home job but it's far from easy. Medical surgical instruments are not easy to spell. Medications are not easy to spell especially cancer medications. There are some medications that are pronounced almost the same and spelled totally different. Hooray for your boss and you skilled workers, hooray for you too and boo for the fakers.
