Because companies folded, or got sold, or whatever. Where am I to come up with work references to prove I worked there?
A simple test would be better than references. Have the owner/MTSO make a test on the account they are hiring for. That should weed out the ones who don't know what they're doiong.
I can do the work, I simply dont have access to references any longer.
