They accelerated my termination date and told me if I elected Cobra they would cover it through 10/17 - then I find out I've been uninsured since 9/17 and owe premium. This is the email- "The subsidy will cover the premiums for 08/18/18 - 10/17/18. So the next payment you would owe is the prorated monthly amount for 10/18/18 – 10/31/18."
